1. 1. Full Refund Policy:

   2. Attendees are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is received on or before March 31.

• Partial Refund Policy:

  • Attendees who request a refund between April 1 and April 30 will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
  • To initiate a partial refund, please contact our customer service department via [email/phone number].

• No Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after May 1.
  • Exceptions are not made beyond this date, barring extraordinary circumstances as determined at our sole discretion.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval.
  • Any service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• Changes and Cancellations:

  • In the event that the organizer cancels the event, full refunds will be issued to all registered attendees.
  • Any changes to these terms will be communicated via the email provided at registration.

We reserve the right to cancel service if FreedomFest Participants do not meet our required quota. Cancellation will be notified via email.
